A Ladakh-specific Central Sector Scheme, similar to J&K's, was still listed as "proposed" in the Administration's own June 2025 review minutes. If you're advising a Ladakh-based MSME, the honest starting point is central schemes — PMEGP, CGTMSE, PM Vishwakarma — not a state capital-subsidy percentage, because a large one doesn't currently exist.
